Mike is a founding partner of the Learning Leadership Institute. Most latterly, Mike has had a successful international academic career in both public universities and private education working across three States in Australia. He has held several senior academic roles as Head of the Business School, Executive Dean, and Chief Academic Officer.

Prof Stuart Orr
Stuart is a founding director of the Learning Leadership Institute. He has extensive experience in business performance improvement, having worked for companies such as Asea Brown Bovari, run a successful management consulting business and consulted for many of Australia's largest businesses. He has also had a successful international career as a Professor in Strategic Management.
